For Canadian Lettermail deliveries, Canada Post’s 2016 service update advises: Major Urban Centres: 2 days local / 3 days within province / 4 days national Non-Major Urban Centres: 2 days local / 3 days within province / 4 days national Northern Regions & Remote Centres: 2 days local / up to 6 days within province / up to 8 days national Our direct marketing planners often add an extra day of mail processing to the equation when fulfilling larger mailings (usually pertaining to Canada Post’s Personalized Mail stream).
