I came across Troi Mailing when my company had an urgent and very large envelope packing and mailing job that had to be performed within 24 hours. The company that we worked until then was not able to accommodate our request and didn't have automated equipment to execute fast. Troi team stepped in without having a working relationship before, they accepted the project, they were extremely organized, executed very well, and finished the job without any issues! We gave them all our mass mailing and printing jobs afterwards and haven't had any issues. They are extremely reliable, have high levels of quality controls, and provide all solutions needed for a printing and mailing company. On top of that they are very professional and friendly. I would recommend to everyone!

So I had a mass mailing to send out, and I was prepared to attempt everything myself, but the 80 page Canada Post guideline book was just too overwhelming. I found Troi online and they handled everything with ease. They saved me on having to re-format my customer list. I am impressed with the little effort that I had to put in. Peter in sales was great. Prices reasonable. I will definetly use Troi Mailing Services again.

Troi was absolutely fantastic to work with. They provided instant answers and solutions to all of our questions for a very large direct mail piece that was quite complicated and kept changing. We really appreciated their patience and reliable service. We will definitely use them again for direct mail services in the future.

I have been working with Troi Mailing Services for the past five years. They have incredible customer service and never over-promise. We use them now exclusively for all our Direct Mail needs as we see no reason to work with any other company in the area. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding Canada Post as well as other mail delivery vehicles. They strive to find us the best price for our needs.

You won't find a better team to work with! Peter has been fantastic since our first Direct Response piece went out two years ago. Quick turnaround, accommodating and very professional. When I was searching for a company to handle my mailers, Troi was the first company that came up. I contacted them and i'm glad that I did!

I have worked with the Troi Mailing & Timeline printing team (Peter and Ken) for a couple of years now. Being new to the process, they were very patient and took the time to answer my questions and assist me with my project every step of the way. They are very detail oriented and cover all of the basis to ensure a successful campaign.

Troi Mailing & Timeline printing together as a team work fantastic. One covers printing and the other your postage and mail coordination. The two together allow you peace of mind as you never need to handle your own mail pieces!

Most of my mail projects have around 50,000 plus. The team have always made it easy to coordinate larger projects like this and it truly makes a difference.

I would definitely recommend them for small and large businesses. You will deal with people who are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the industry.

I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

You and your team made it very easy for us and the reason that we kept coming back is because of the service, speed of delivery and the fact that you answer the phone!! Believe me it makes the biggest difference to be able to call and get a quick response.
We aren’t a huge office but our representatives are all over Canada hence the delay in getting materials to you. It’s your coordination and patience helped make the projects successful and easy to get done!
