When exporting from InDesign and Illustrator, you should be selecting the options for “High-Res with Crops and Bleeds”.

Bleed, if your art extends to the edges of the artboard^*
Resolution of at least 200 DPI^*
Trim Size matches expectations
No Spot Colours (unless quoted)
Fonts Embedded/Outlined^*
