Picture [ Blue Dot ]  This page is intended to provide you some guidance on how to fast-track your order by e-mailing your data file(s) to us, so please check out FIRST the following recommendations:

Picture [ Blue Dot ] Note: Due to server-side security, we can no longer accept regular browser ( anonymous FTP ) uploading so we invite you to use E-MAIL whenever possible. If you require FTP access for faster turnaround please contact us and read through our FTP access page. Your data files should get attached to your message.

Picture [ Blue Dot ]  We would like you to SEND us your data file(s) in a compressed format ( ZIP is the preferred choice ). By compressing the data attachment(s) you should also be able to drastically reduce the time required to execute the upload ( and similarly cut the download time at the destination point - ours!). Since data files are highly compresibble in general, the size of the file you will actually transfer after compressing your list will be a lot less than the original.
To learn more about compression, how to use it and/or to get a free copy of the latest software appropriate for your system try this link :

Picture [ Blue Dot ]  You can generally prevent message corruption ( and also frustrating long message re-sents) on its way to us by appropriately formatting your message. It is therefor advisable to enable encoding for your messaging system ( MIME is the preferred choice ) and to use a compression format (as outlined above) for your file attachment(s). By doing so, usually there should be no further delays ( other than the ones inherently introduced by Internet inter-servers communications !!) in our proper receiving of your message and immediately starting to work on your data.

Picture [ Blue Dot ]  Please note that the file attachments are not pre-processed in any way by the e-mail clients themselves but simply get "appended" to the rest ( body - i.e : text or HTML / RTF code ) of your message.
Also "encoding" merely provides a way to ensure a safer reconstruction of the whole message at the receiving end. It does not mean any improved transmission security. For more information about various encoding methods click here.

Picture [ Blue Dot ]  Message privacy/security can be achieved through "encryption" and is an entirely different matter. If you need more information related to this subject you can check this page. If you have any concerns, please review our privacy policies or Picture [ Animation : Email ] let us know.

Picture [ Blue Dot ]  Since there are lots of popular e-mail clients in use today and, in general, each has different ways to implement the above requirements, we cannot offer specific setup details on this page. For instructions on how to do it please consult your own software documentation.
